Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 16 oz. tri-color noodles cooked and drained
- 1 1/4 cups broccoli chopped
- 1 1/4 cups cauliflower chopped
- 1 lb. bacon fried and crumbled
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Kraft mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, and cheese. Set aside. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour dressing over noodle mixture and mix. Chill before serving.
