Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chow mein stir fry noodles
  • 1 pkg. sugar snap peas
  • 1 small can water chestnuts drained
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots sliced
  • 1 can baby corn drained
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • Shrimp, chicken or pork sliced, uncooked

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, place 2 Tbsp. cooking oil or margarine and fry meat of choice until done. Add all vegetables. Cook until tender, but don’t overcook. (They will be slightly crisp.) Meanwhile, boil chow mein noodles until done. Drain and add sesame oil and soy sauce. Stir in vegetables. Serve and enjoy. Season with extra soy sauce if desired.
