Oven Fried Chicken

  • 1 fryer cut up (or pieces you prefer)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil


  • Dip each piece of chicken in milk. Shake or roll in flour, salt, pepper mixture. Place skin side up on cookie sheet with oil greased sides. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
