Oven Souper Burgers

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese


  • Brown beef and drain. Add onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Do not heat. Spoon mixture on to 8 hamburger buns. Wrap each in aluminum foil and freeze. When ready to use, remove from freezer 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
