Patriotic Taco Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 sm. onion grated
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 pt. sour cream
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella cheese slices cut into stars
- Tomatoes
- Blue & white tortilla chips
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and drain. Add beans, tomato sauce, taco mix, onions, and chili powder. Heat to boil, then reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Spread meat mixture into a 9x13 pan. Top with sour cream. Top sour cream with alternating rows of tomatoes and shredded cheese. Break blue tortilla chips to form blue background in upper left corner. Top blue chips with stars. Serve with blue and white tortilla chips.
