Peaches & Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 (3.5 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 (28 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together pudding mix, flour, baking powder. Combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 pan. Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup liquid. Chop peaches, place on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and reserved juice. Pour over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
