Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar + extra for coating
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Hershey’s Kisses
Instructions
- Cream together margarine, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Then add egg, milk, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Round into balls then roll in sugar. Bake 8 minutes at 350°F. Remove from the oven and press a Hershey’s Kiss on the top of each, then return to the oven. Bake 2-5 minutes longer.
