Pork Totchos

  • 32 oz. frozen Tator Tots
  • 16 oz. shredded pork
  • 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Slice jalapenos
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sour cream


  • Place tots on greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. While tots are baking, mix shredded pork, taco seasoning, onion, and corn in a medium bowl. After 15 minutes, remove tots from oven and flip tots. Top with pork mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake add’l 10 min., or until cheese is melted. Top with jalapenos, tomatoes, & sour cream.
