Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk powder
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- Optional: raisins, sunflower seeds, mini chocolate chips, walnut pieces
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, milk powder, flaxseed, honey and cereal in a bowl and mix well. Add your choice of add-ins and roll mixture into 18 small round pieces or shape into bars. Place on waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator or freeze.
