Protein Bites


  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk powder
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Optional: raisins, sunflower seeds, mini chocolate chips, walnut pieces


  • Combine peanut butter, milk powder, flaxseed, honey and cereal in a bowl and mix well. Add your choice of add-ins and roll mixture into 18 small round pieces or shape into bars. Place on waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator or freeze.
