Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

  • 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Spices to taste
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 9 ” graham cracker crust
  • Cool Whip


  • Mix ingredients together and add 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream. Mix all together. Pour into 9” prepared graham cracker crust. Top with Cool Whip. Put in freezer until ready to serve.
