Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 lg. eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Whisk flour, baking powder, spices, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour mixture and blend. Put in muffin pan with liners. Bake 25 minutes at 350◦.
