Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 lg. eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Whisk flour, baking powder, spices, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour mixture and blend. Put in muffin pan with liners. Bake 25 minutes at 350◦.
