Salmon & Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillets cooked, cooled & chopped
- 1 cup grapes cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
- 1 apple unpeeled, cored & diced
- 1 8 oz. container fat free yogurt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix salmon, grapes, celery and apple. In another bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and turmeric. Pour yogurt mixture over salmon mixture. Gently stir to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour until chilled.
