Sausage Cheese Balls

  • 2 lbs. sausage uncooked (I use spicy hot.)
  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients well and form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet with sides until browned. Makes about 6 dozen sausage balls. Can be frozen uncooked. These are easy to make, very tasty, and serve a large crowd.
