Shoepeg Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can white shoepeg corn drained
- 1 can French style green beans drained
- 1 can sweet peas drained
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup green pepper seeded & chopped
- 1 sm. jar pimentos chopped (optional)
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Instructions
- Bring vinegar, sugar, oil, salt & celery seed to a boil. Cool and pour over salad ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
