Shoepeg Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can white shoepeg corn drained
  • 1 can French style green beans drained
  • 1 can sweet peas drained
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper seeded & chopped
  • 1 sm. jar pimentos chopped (optional)
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Instructions
 

  • Bring vinegar, sugar, oil, salt & celery seed to a boil. Cool and pour over salad ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
