Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 cups noodles or rice
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms & pepper. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until beef is very tender. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
