Smoked Sausage with Peppers


  • 1 lb. smoked beef sausage
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 lg. green pepper chopped
  • 1 lg. onion chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups water


  • Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices. Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally so that both sides of slices are browned. Add potatoes, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle with pepper. Add water. Simmer, covered, until potatoes are done, about 10 minutes.
