Spicy Fried Chicken

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 10-12 boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • Buttermilk


  • Combine flour and seasonings. Set aside. Dip chicken in buttermilk. Roll in flour mixture. Fry in pre-heated oil at 360 degrees until golden brown and done in center.
