Spinach Artichoke Bites


  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled & minced
  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained & chopped
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed & thoroughly drained
  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray mini muffin tin with baking spray. Combine first six ingredients, stirring well. Set aside. Unroll crescent roll dough on a large cutting board, working 4 triangles at a time. Pinch all of the creases together. Cut the dough into 12 squares. Press dough squares into muffin tin. Fill each cup with the spinach artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 12 minutes.
