- 1 packet Lipton or Knorr's Vegetable recipe mix
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach thawed & squeezed dry
- 1 can water chestnuts drained & chopped
- 3 green onions chopped (optional)
- Combine vegetable recipe mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. Serve with sourdough bread, crackers or veggies.
