Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- Fresh spinach
- 2 eggs hard-boiled, diced
- 4 slices bacon fried crisp, crumbled
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
Instructions
- Tear spinach in bite size pieces and put into large bowl. Add eggs, bacon and onion. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour over spinach and toss.
