Striped Peanut Butter Delight


  • 6 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups plus 2 Tbsp. cold milk divided
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip thawed & divided
  • 2 pkgs. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter


  • Place cookies in food processor. Process to form fine crumbs. Melt butter; add crumbs. Mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar & 2 Tbsp. milk in separate bowl until well blended. Add 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip, mixing well. Spread over crust. Pour remaining 3 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Add peanut butter; mix well. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. If desired, sprinkle with more crushed cookie crumbs.
