Stuffed Green Pepper Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef browned
- 2 qt. water
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups green pepper diced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice (original flavor)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Mix all and bring to a boil, then simmer for 40 minutes. Can be cooked in a crock pot.
