Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. ground beef browned
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups green pepper diced
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice (original flavor)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all and bring to a boil, then simmer for 40 minutes. Can be cooked in a crock pot.
