Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 8 oz. white button mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. spinach chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs optional


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pop out stems of mushrooms, leaving the caps. Reserve stems for another use or discard. Brush off mushrooms with damp paper towel. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and chopped spinach in a bowl. Fill opening of each mushroom with cream cheese mixture. Lightly sprinkle Panko breadcrumbs on top, if using. Place mushrooms on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes.
