Summer Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 medium can chunk pineapple drained
- 1/2 pint whipped cream
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat water to boiling. Add jello and dissolve. Remove from heat. Add pineapple chunks. Allow to cool. Add cottage cheese. Fold in whipped cream.
