Summer Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 medium can chunk pineapple drained
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Heat water to boiling. Add jello and dissolve. Remove from heat. Add pineapple chunks. Allow to cool. Add cottage cheese. Fold in whipped cream.
