Summertime Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 banana peeled
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
Instructions
- Blend the above in a blender until smooth. Substitute any fruit you want: peaches, pineapple, or mango.
