Summertime Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 banana peeled
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Blend the above in a blender until smooth. Substitute any fruit you want: peaches, pineapple, or mango.
