Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • Meatballs:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 cups fine bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Garlic powder
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for meatballs well & shape in 1 inch balls. Bake until done, about 30 minutes. Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil. Put meatballs in a casserole dish and cover with sauce. Bake in slow oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
