Taco Chili
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes w/green chilies
- 1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans drained
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans
- Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Place in slow cooker. Stir in dry taco seasoning mix, diced tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, chili beans and corn. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Sprinkle each serving with cheese and chips.
