Taco Delight Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger browned & drained
- 1 envelope dry taco seasoning
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes w/green chilies
- 1 cup instant brown rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups tomato juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with warm corn chips or plain as a main dish.
