Taco Joe Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef browned
- 16 oz. can kidney beans rinsed & drained
- 15 oz. can black beans rinsed & drained
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 15 1/4 oz. can corn drained
- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 4 oz. can green chilies drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover & cook on low for 5-7 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream & shredded cheese.
