Taco Ring


  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1 med. green pepper chopped
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies & tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Sour cream optional


  • Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco seasoning and water as called for on package. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and green chilies and tomatoes. Stir in cheese. Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on a 15” baking stone (narrow tips pointing out). Spoon on meat mixture. Fold over points and bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
