Taco Tator Wedges

Taco Tator Wedges


  • 6 medium to large potatoes
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted


  • Cook potatoes and allow to cool enough to handle. Quarter and place on cookie sheet. Combine butter and seasoning. Drizzle over potatoes. Top with bacon, onion, and cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
