Tasty Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 8 (8 oz. ea.) country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Place ribs in a 5-quart slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender. Yield: 8 servings. These are good served over rice.
