Ten in One


  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • Bunch celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. (almost) spaghetti
  • Chili powder, salt & pepper to taste


  • Fry bacon. Remove bacon from grease and set aside. Fry hamburger in bacon grease. Drain. Add celery, onion, and green pepper and cook until onions become transparent. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti and drain. Add spaghetti to hamburger mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Cook to melt cheese. Makes 2 big casseroles.
