Turkey Over Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes or sweet potatoes baked
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies drained
Instructions
- Combine onion, celery, garlic and turkey in pan. Cook on medium heat until turkey is cooked through. Drain if needed. Add barbecue sauce and green chilies. Cook for 5-10 minutes until heated through. Split open baked potatoes or sweet potatoes. Chop potato with a fork. Pour turkey mixture over each potato and serve.
