Turkey Over Potatoes


  • 4 potatoes or sweet potatoes baked
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies drained


  • Combine onion, celery, garlic and turkey in pan. Cook on medium heat until turkey is cooked through. Drain if needed. Add barbecue sauce and green chilies. Cook for 5-10 minutes until heated through. Split open baked potatoes or sweet potatoes. Chop potato with a fork. Pour turkey mixture over each potato and serve.
