Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes baked or boiled
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions chopped
- 10 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Topping:
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 slices bacon crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mash potatoes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with toppings. Bake for 30 minutes.
