Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium potatoes baked or boiled
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 10 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Topping:
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mash potatoes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with toppings. Bake for 30 minutes.
