Vegetable Melange

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can any size cut green beans
  • 1 can any size stewed tomatoes
  • 3 cups sliced carrots
  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in covered casserole dish.
