To make Aloha dressing, mix together sugar, flour, mustard and salt. On top of a double boiler, beat the eggs with a fork; blend in dry ingredients. Add lemon juice. Bring to a simmer; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and will coat a metal spoon. Cool, then cover and chill. When ready to serve, whip cream and fold in. Cut oranges, apple, bananas, kiwi and grapes into small pieces. Add pineapple and mix with marshmallows, Aloha dressing and cheese.
