Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray oven-safe dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Bake in dish until cooked through. Prepare pasta according to directions. In a large skillet or wok, add oil and a pinch of garlic powder. Add veggies and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Mix veggies and pasta. Dish pasta & veggies and top with sliced chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 2 servings.
