Spread cookie dough on ungreased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake as directed. Cream together sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread onto cooled cookie dough. Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Thicken reserved fruit juices with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool and spread over fruit. Chill 2 hours or overnight and serve. Good leftover too!
