Salmon & Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. salmon fillets cooked, cooled & chopped
  • 1 cup grapes cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
  • 1 apple unpeeled, cored & diced
  • 1 8 oz. container fat free yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix salmon, grapes, celery and apple. In another bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and turmeric. Pour yogurt mixture over salmon mixture. Gently stir to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour until chilled.
