Ham & Broccoli Ring

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley snipped
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans crescent rolls

Instructions
 

  • Brown hamburger, drain fat and add to crock pot. Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch mix on top of meat. Add beans and entire cans of corn and tomatoes. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
