Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together pudding mix, flour, baking powder. Combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 pan. Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup liquid. Chop peaches, place on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and reserved juice. Pour over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
