Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press into 13x9 pan; refrigerate. Beat cream cheese, sugar & 2 Tbsp. milk with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip; spread over crust. Top with bananas. Beat pudding mixes, 3 1/4 cup milk for 2 minutes; spread over bananas. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with cherries, nuts, and syrup just before serving.
