Zucchini Brownies

Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups zucchini grated
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions
 

  • Cream 1 1/2 cups sugar and margarine. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini. Pour into greased 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips, 2 Tbsp. sugar, and nuts over top of the batter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
