Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups diced zucchini
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Velveeta or Cheez Whiz to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix zucchini, onion, rice, soup, milk, and cheese. Cut butter on top and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
